Membership Terms:
I understand that the use of Telling Tails Training Center for any purpose, including but not limited to rental, is not without risk to me, my dog, my property, members of my family, and guests who may attend with me. Some of the other dogs to which I (we) will be exposed may be without the supervision of a Telling Tails Training Center employee/instructor and may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury, even when handled with the greatest intent and care. There may be incidents that are beyond the control of anyone affiliated with Telling Tails Training Center, and I assume this risk as my own, solely.
I understand that by being exposed to other dogs and places other dogs have been, involves a potential risk and that my dog could contract an illness, through no fault of Telling Tails, and that it is my responsibility to keep my dog up to date on his/her vaccinations. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless, Telling Tails Training Center, the instructor, class assistants, the business owner, the property owner, and all other attendees, from any fault or liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I (we) or my dog may suffer.
I understand that the action of ANY dog present may cause injury, harm or damage to me, my dog and members of my family, guests, or property and I assume this risk as my own, solely. I expressly assume the risk of any harm that is inflicted upon me, my dog, or any guest of mine whatsoever, while on the training facility property or surrounding property or in a class situation off the property.
I agree that if there are any changes in my dog’s health or vaccination status during that time period, I will notify Telling Tails Training Center immediately.
Membership Cancellation:
I understand if I choose to cancel my membership, the fees paid for membership are not refundable.
Rental Information:
The calculation of space rentals is done by counting people (not dogs).
Each person renting space may have multiple dogs at no additional cost.
All participants need not be members, but one member or instructor must be present.
Minimum rental time is 1.5 hours which includes 15 minutes for set up and 15 for clean-up.
Set up and clean up time allowance is per visit, not per hour of rental.
Hours cannot be split into partial rental times.
Rental reservations can be made online but cannot be made more than two weeks in advance.
Telling Tails reserves the right to displace a rental if the space is needed for a last-minute event or class.
Membership is non-transferable.
Members will receive a key code to enter the building.
Rental time will be calculated based on time key code is entered for entry and leaving.
If we find more time was used than paid for, a bill may be sent to member for additional time used.
Members may not give their keypad code to any other person for any reason.
